1. General Policy

As our IT services are customized and require dedicated professional effort, payments made toward services are generally non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• A duplicate or accidental payment has been made.
• The project has not been initiated within 10 working days (excluding client delays).
• The requested service is technically impossible to execute and no alternative solution is accepted.

If work has already begun � including requirement gathering, planning, designing, development, or strategy � the project will not be eligible for refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Client changes mind after approval.
• Delays due to incomplete client requirements.
• Client voluntarily discontinues the project.
• Service has been completed or deployed.
• Third-party purchases (hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, SMS gateways, etc.).
• Advance or milestone payments already used for project execution.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us with:

• Full Name / Business Name
• Registered Email or Mobile Number
• Invoice Number or Payment Proof
• Clear reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7�10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Service Cancellation

Cancellation of service does not automatically guarantee a refund. All outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation is processed.

7. Policy Updates

Woodiewin reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
